At Begumpan, we understand you want your outfits quickly. We ensure that every order is shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum purchase value required to qualify for free delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID will be sent to you. You can use this ID to monitor your package's journey through our courier partner's website.
Important: Non-Delivery Claims
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us at info.begumpan@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days). Courier companies do not accept disputes after this window, and we cannot be held liable for claims made after 72 hours.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact Support
Email us at info.begumpan@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of the product you wish to return or exchange.
Approval & Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 3-5 working days. Please ensure the item is securely packed.
Inspection & Resolution
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will process your resolution or ship your exchanged size immediately.
Policy Details
- A nominal fee of ₹100 is charged for reverse logistics for both returns and exchanges.
- Returns or exchanges are limited to once per order.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all brand tags intact for hygiene reasons.
- For defective or incorrect items, please share an unboxing video or photos for an immediate resolution.
